The Market Masters Team takes much pride in the experience and professionalism of the services we provide. We have been landlords ourselves for over 20 years. Currently our team manages homes in Cherokee, Cobb, Forsyth, Fulton and Gwinnett counties. We believe when both the property owner and tenant are mutually satisfied, it makes for a lasting relationship.
Management Service
Our team frees up property owners by handling virtually every aspect of being a landlord. We advertise properties in both Georgia multiple listing services as well as over 15 websites including Realtor.com. We screen prospective tenants, conduct walk-through’s and inspections, collect rent, schedule maintenance & repairs, process evictions and conduct every other aspect of managing a property and the tenants who occupy it. Market Masters responds to both landlord and tenant questions in a timely fashion.
Management Fees
- Tenant Procurement Fee: One month's rent
- Ongoing monthly management fee: 10% of the rent (discounts for multiple properties and rent $1500 and above).
- Re-rent fee: 50% of one month's rent (if MMR continues to manage the property).

State-of-Art Internet Marketing
- Rental properties are marketed on at least 15 different websites.
- Rental applications are taken online.
- Quick application turn-around.
- Leases may be executed via email and fax.
Owner Payments and Statements
- Owners are paid by the 10th of each month.
- Owner proceeds can be deposited directly into owners’ bank account.
- Invoices, receipts and owner reports are available via email.
- Owners receive a 1099 form at year-end for tax preparation.
Repairs and Maintenance
- Market Masters in-house maintenance staff can handle most repair issues your property may require.
- Tenants can always reach a team member for emergencies or other issues.
