With over 30 years in new homes sales, Jack has experience, success and numerous awards. Even though Jack has received such accolades as: Sales Person of the Year, Sales Executive of the Year, 2000 Atlanta National Association of Homebuilder’s Millennium Sales Executive of the Year, and S.M.C. Midwest USA Sales Executive of the Year, accolades have never been his goal.
Instead he takes ownership for the thousands of clients with who he has worked. “I like the idea of doing business the old fashioned way. I always keep my word and take pride in a job well done.
Thirty years ago, Jack began his career selling new homes and has worked on developments in 10 states and became a broker in 5. He has worked on million dollar vacation homes in Long Island, condominiums in Manhattan, townhomes in Rhode Island, condominiums in Boston, single family and town homes in Chicago, condominiums in Philadelphia and more. Here in Georgia his focus has been on single family homes with several of the top builders.
His philosophy has always been to get to know an area and its people, then develop sales teams that can market the community. “When I started out, I had an idea that homes sales might be difficult. You’re talking about such a large investment, the biggest that most people make in their lives.” Jack became well educated on the markets and homes, down to every detail of their construction and mortgage financing, the sales process became easier to him. Clients began to see “the potential for their dreams to come true.”
