Buyer Bucks Program
The Buyer Bucks program rebates Market Masters Realty Buyer Clients 1% of their purchase price upon closing. When a $200,000 home purchase is made Market Masters will rebate $2,000 to our buyer client. It's that simple.
We direct clients to properties that meet their criteria. The properties can be new homes, privately or bank-owned. Our client cannot have visited the property previously. MMR will inform the property owner/agent you are being represented by Market Masters Realty (MMR) and set up an appointment to tour the property. If you decide to purchase that home, we will prepare all paperwork including a special stipulation in the contract that states we are rebating 1% of the purchase price our buyer client.
One of the most important parts of the Buyer Bucks program is allowing Market Masters Realty to make first contact with the property owners or the agent representing the property owner. This is true for new homes as well as resale homes, foreclosure’s and HUD homes. Some co-operating brokers and most new home builders require a MMR representative to be present on your first visit. If so, contact MMR before your visit.
We will make arrangements to meet you at the property.
Weekly updates are provided based on your search criteria. While much of your shopping is independent, we are certainly available for negotiating purposes and communicating with builders, lenders, etc. Our more than 75 years combined experience will prove invaluable to your home purchase.
Market Masters Realty has a large number of mortgage lenders available to us and therefore, available to you. We will assist you in obtaining a mortgage with the best possible rates and terms.

Note: Relocating Buyers or Buyer’s participating in the List MyHome For Free program, Power 4 Purchase program, any referral program or properties under $120,000 are not eligible for the Buyer Buck’s program.
